In conjuntion with Lincoln University, we now have access to their fabulous Brand New Moving and Handling Suite at the Think Tank, Lincoln.
We will now be carrying out our "In House" moving and handling of people courses at this venue.

We have a dedicated "In House" Training team who will be working on an Employability programme aimed to support and equip our local Lincolnshire community and address the issues surround unemployment. Equally, we also provide comprehensive training to our new and existing customers covering a comprehensive portfolio of courses, both accredited and none-accredited. This service is enhanced yet further by the option to have courses built and designed just for you, covering the issues that matter most to your business and thus offering a truly "Bespoke Service".

Bite Size Training
More informal “Bite Size” training sessions are now available and last for 90 minutes. These are ideal for more specific topics for example Diabetes, Asthma,
Heart Disease, Catheterisation, Foot Care, Tissue Viability, Incontinence or any other current topic you wish to discuss.

Bolt on Credits
If you have a NVQ/Diploma Level 2-5 you are now able to “bolt on” credits to boost your skills set and add to your CPD (Continuous Professional Development) These can be on specific subjects for example, End of Life, Dementia, Home Care, Learning Disabilities and will comprise of a number of QCF credits.
You can choose to do just one unit or maybe you would like to do a Certificate or Award in a specific subject. We can provide the following "mini Bolt on Qualifications"
Level 2 Award In Awareness in Dementia
Level 2 Award in the Prevention and Control of Infection
Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Health and Social Care
Level 2 Award in Promoting Food Safety and Nutrition in H & SC
